Captain Richard Husband was a male Human Starfleet officer during the Dominion War.
In 2375, Husband was in command of the USS Columbia when the Breen attacked San Francisco. The Breen's first move was to disable Starbase 1, which trapped Husband and the Columbia behind the powerless starbase's doors. As Husband's crew searched for solutions the the USS Enterprise-E freed the Columbia allowing Husband to enter the battle against the three Breen ships, destroying them with the Enterprise's assistance.
