The Rigel Trade Complex was the capital city of the planet Rigel X. (ST reference: Star Charts)
By the mid-22nd century, the complex consisted of 36 levels which were inhabited by members from various races and cultures. In 2151, crew members from the Earth starship Enterprise visited the complex in search of Klaang, a Klingon agent who had been taken from the Enterprise by the Suliban.
