Rigel XIV, also called Govar, was the fourteenth planet in the Rigel star system.

It was a cold and dry Class K planet, with an atmosphere composed of ammonia, methane and sulfur dioxide. Despite sensor scans reporting no life-signs and being generally thought to be uninhabited, visual images from a few passing ships showed humanoid forms moving around on the planet's surface.
