Rissa IV was a planet located in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fourth planet in the Rissa star system in Cardassian Union space in the mid-24th century.

In 2371, Doctor Duran Nol and her assistant Gell Terr returned from the planet to Cardassia Prime. When Nol met with Sem Veress at the Hall of Science, she told him that her studies on Rissa IV had been getting monotonous and that it was good to be back on Cardassia. (DS9 comic: "Sole Asylum")
