Robert Chapman was a male Human Starfleet officer who served as captain of the USS Surak for some years at a time during the mid-23rd century. Chapman was succeeded as commanding officer by First Officer John Kousaki. (ST comic: "Who's Who in Star Trek, Issue 2")
