Rogeiro was a male Human who lived in the 24th century and served in Starfleet in the 2370s and 2380s. Rogeiro was from Portugal.

Rogeiro had been assigned to the USS James T. Kirk by 2379 and was Elias Vaughn's first officer. In 2381, Rogeiro was aboard the Kirk during the Borg invasion. After the tactical officer was injured during the battle, Rogeiro took over operation of the starship's weapons.

Later in 2381, Rogeiro was assigned to the USS Robinson as Benjamin Sisko's first officer. Rogeiro confronted Sisko on his aloofness to the crew, something which Sisko later rectified when he invited Rogeiro to have a drink with him. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Rough Beasts of Empire)
