Roger L. Jackson is a voice artist who voiced several characters in Star Trek video games. He voiced the Scythians in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine game Harbinger, as well as additional characters in New Worlds and Starfleet Command III.

Jackson is perhaps best known for being the "phone voice" of the killers in the Scream trilogy. He has also voiced characters in many Star Wars games, beginning with X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter and with his latest being Star Wars: Republic Commando.
