Roloc was a Klingon male who lived in the 24th century. He was the father of Malk.

Roloc was once an influential member of the provincial government on Qo'noS and later became the Governor of the Mempa system. During the Klingon Civil War, Roloc did not oppose Gowron, but did nothing to stop Duras' forces from attempting to defeat Gowron. After the conflict, Gowron, angry at Roloc's lack of support, relegated him to minor imperial affairs. Gowron also made the Defense Force stymie Roloc's son Malk's career. (DS9 novel: Warpath)
