Rorgan Death-Hand was ruler of the Asyri, a tribe of people on the world of Sarpeidon, roughly 5000 years ago. He was so called because his right hand had been severed and replaced by a bronze mace. He was killed in single combat with Zar. (TOS novel: Time for Yesterday)
