Rousseau V was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fifth planet in orbit of the Rousseau star system.[1]

History and specifics

Rousseau V was the site of an unusual asteroid ring that sparkled with colored energy bursts which created music-like tones in the planet's atmosphere. Wesley Crusher showed a holodeck simulation of the rings to Salia. (TNG episode: "The Dauphin")
