Russian Hill is a large residential area located in the city of San Francisco on Earth.

Throughout most of his adult life, James T. Kirk, maintained an apartment at the Russian Hill Tower, although he mostly occupied the dwelling during his days as Chief of Starfleet Operations and an instructor at Starfleet Academy. (TOS novel: Crucible: "The Fire and the Rose").
