Ruth Graylock was a female Human in the 24th century. She was the daughter of Eden Gilman and Robert Graylock, and the granddaughter of Captain David Gold and Rabbi Rachel Gilman. As an adult, she was married to Rinic Kayven, with whom she had two children, Rinic David and Kiri.

Ruth announced her second pregnancy in early 2376, and asked Captain Montgomery Scott to relay the news to her grandfather aboard the USS da Vinci. (SCE eBook: Fatal Error) When this news spread to that ship's crew, they began a betting pool regarding the name of the child. (SCE eBook: Breakdowns)
