Ensign Saart was a Starfleet officer assigned to the USS Enterprise-D in the 2360s. She had dark hair and black round eyes. In 2368, she allowed Alexander Rozhenko to enter shuttlebay 3 where the Sli were being kept. Captain Picard chewed her out for this and releived her of duty when she smarted off to him.
