- This page details a counterpart of Samuel Cogley in the alternate reality created by Nero's temporal incursion; for the Samuel Cogley in the primary universe see Samuel Cogley.
|Full Name:||Samuel T. Cogley|
|Hair color:||brown (graying)|
|Affiliation:||United Federation of Planets|
Cogley grew up to become a famed attorney known for his unusual but often successful methods. He preferred books to computers, rarely using such devices for research. (TOS episode & novelization: Court Martial)
In 2259 (stardate 2259.246) of the Nero-created alternate reality, Cogley was the lead prosecutor in the United Federation of Planets's trial of Khan Noonien Singh. Despite his position, he deferred his opening statement to James T. Kirk who, along with Spock, served as adjunct counsel. (TOS comic: "Khan, Number One")
