Samuel Robert Fox was a male Human who lived in the 24th century.
He was the grandson of Ambassador Robert Fox and was described as being tall with handsome features. In 2364, he followed his illustrious ancestor's occupation by being a diplomat and was in a meeting with various powers in secret to discuss the recent attacks on the outposts along the Romulan Neutral Zone. He was accompanied by ambassador T'Pel, Sarek and Spock when they met their Klingon, Romulan and Cardassian counterparts. (TOS - Vulcan's Soul novel: Exodus)
