Sara Pran Yee
Sara Pran Yee was a female musician in the 24th century. She was a member of the A.C. Walden Medicine Show, following in the path of her father, Sonek Pran, as well as her grandparents and great-grandparents. She was a vocalist as well as playing the guitar and banjo.
As a birthday gift to her father sometime prior to 2361, Pran Yee created an arrangement for the banjo of the Talarian song "Miloraz Silbonni", which was traditionally played on a pipe instrument called a sontra. This arrangement had provoked a strong reaction when Pran had occasion to play it for the Talarian ambassador.
At the memorial for her mother, Rupi Yee, Pran Yee played "Angelsea" on her guitar, and sang the song "Sailing Down That Golden River". (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
