Captain Satelk was a Vulcan male in Starfleet in the 24th century.
In 2368, Satelk, along with Rear Admiral Andrea Brand, presided over the inquiry into the death of Starfleet Academy cadet, Joshua Albert. (TNG episode: "The First Duty")
In 2376, he commanded the USS Jupiter when the starship accompanied the USS Enterprise-E on a mission to re-establish a Federation presence in the Barisa Sector. After engaging renegade Jem'Hadar vessels, the Jupiter defended the USS Premonition against a Borg attack. (ST video game: Armada; CCG set: Armada, card: "USS Jupiter")
