"Scarface" was the nickname given to a male Romulan held at the Klingon prison facility on planet Pao'la in the 2280s. The name was used by the survivors of the USS Gagarin, due to the numerous scars that marred the anonymous Romulan's face.

In 2287, Scarface was one of three Romulans who attempted an escape, but were quickly stopped and killed by Klingon forces. (TOS novel: In the Name of Honor)
