The Scutum Cloud is a region of space in the Alpha Quadrant, among the groupings of stars and objects visible from Earth in the constellation of Scutum. The Scutum Cloud includes a portion of the Romulan Star Empire, the United Federation of Planets. As such, the Cloud has a stretch of the Federation-Romulan Neutral Zone in its vicinity.
