Sebarr was a male Bajoran who lived in the 24th century. In the 2370s, Sebarr worked as a zoologist on the expedition to survey the Janitza Mountains.

On the expedition, Sebarr became friends with Keiko O'Brien and Keiko often discussed her relationship with Miles O'Brien with him. (DS9 episode: "Fascination")

When Jadzia Dax visited the agrobiology site, Sebarr gave her a personal tour. Jadzia found Sebarr to be quite charming. (DS9 comic: "No Time Like the Present")
