The Second Battle of Vulcanis (sometimes referred to as the Second Vulcan Offensive) was a military engagement between the Federation Alliance and Dominion forces in the Vulcanis system in 2374.

The Intrepid-class starship USS Blackthorne joined this battle shortly after patrolling the Styx Rift.

The Akira-class starship USS Red Cloud rescued over 250 personnel in the aftermath of the battle.

Dominion Battle Cruiser 222, commanded by Eris 23, was one of the vessels to participate in the battle. The Dominion's losses included Dominion Battle Cruiser 122. (ST roleplay module: Starships)

As the planet Vulcan was never known to have fallen to the Dominion, it could be presumed that the Dominion's offensive failed, although no clear references to one side's definitive victory exist.
