Sector 1045 is a sector located near the Romulan Neutral Zone.
In 2379, Starfleet dispatched a battle group, Star Fleet Battle Group Omega to rendezvous with the USS Enterprise-E and prevent Praetor Shinzon and his Scimitar from destroying Earth with a thalaron radiation weapon. (TNG movie & novelization: Star Trek Nemesis)
