Selora Quintor was a female Antedean who in 2372 became the representative from Antede III to the Federation Council in the late 24th century. She was considered a hawk, and had a reputation for angering her colleagues on the Council.

In January of 2380, Federation President Nanietta Bacco nominated Quintor for a position on the government oversight sub-council, primarily in response to the actions of Min Zife, and the need for a strong check on the presidency.

In March of 2380, Quintor was a panelist on Illuminating the City of Light, where she talked about Romulan politics, Bacco's relationship with the Council. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
