Seven-up (or 7 Up) was a carbonated soft drink beverage that was popular among Humans in the 20th and 21st centuries.

In the 2370s, Neelix thought that Seven of Nine might enjoy the beverage, an assumption based purely on the similarity of their names. (VOY reference: Star Trek Cookbook)
