Shahna

Shahna was a female drill thrall on planet Triskelion, a trainer and competitor in athletic competitions staged for the benefit of Triskelion's Providers. In 2267, Starfleet Captain James T. Kirk convinced the Providers to help their subjects attain self-sufficiency, and Shahna and her fellow thralls were provided appropriate educations. (TOS episode: "The Gamesters of Triskelion")

In 2293, Shahna was an ambassador, and attended a diplomatic conference on Earth, where she was briefly reunited with Kirk prior to his presumed death on the USS Enterprise-B. (TOS short story: "The Lights in the Sky", TLE novel: Excelsior: Forged in Fire)
