Sheila Moseley was a female Human Starfleet officer in the mid 24th century. As of mid 2374, she held the rank of Lieutenant, and was assigned as first officer of the cultural observation post on Coroticus III, under Commander Tarsem Johal. When that base was abandoned during the Dominion War, Moseley was reassigned to the USS Ogun, serving on a temporary basis as a yeoman.
