The Shran memorial was a landmark on Andor, in or near Therin Park in Laibok, dedicated to 22nd century Andorian leader Shran. It was destroyed in a terrorist bombing in 2377. (CoE eBook: Remembrance of Things Past, Book I)

The DS9 novel: Andor: Paradigm describes a cerulean statue of Shran visible from the offices of Charivretha zh'Thane in Laibok, which is presumably the same landmark.
