The Siberian Collective was a Human group in the late 21st century that wished to return to an agrarian way of life in the wake of World War III. Originating in or near Siberia, this group eventually emigrated to the planet Gault, and helped to make that world a major food supplier to United Earth. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
