Sisko's Creole Kitchen is a restaurant on Earth in the city of New Orleans, and Joseph Sisko was the proprietor and head chef in the 24th century.

The decor of the restaurant was very old fashioned and reminiscent of 20th century restaurants, with wood panelling, white tablecloths and framed pictures of baseball legends. There was also a stuffed alligator hanging from the ceiling of the restaurant - Joseph would often tell his grandson Jake that the alligator was in stasis, and at night the alligator would be released from stasis to guard the establishment. Sisko's was famous on Earth for its Shrimp Creole and its Gumbo, but the restaurant also became famous for providing meals that people couldn't find anywhere else on Earth. When Nog enterered Starfleet Academy in 2372, the Ferengi found it difficult to find tube grubs anywhere on Earth, and soon discovered that Joseph would prepare them for him. As well as being a restaurant and business, Joseph had always regarded his customers as an extension of his family, and has often included them in family celebrations. Shortly after the birth of Joseph's first son, Benjamin Sisko in 2332, Joseph was known to show off the newborn with one arm, while serving tables with the other. (STA novel: Maker)

In 2374, Benjamin Sisko returned to New Orleans, where he played the piano in the restaurant. (DS9 episodes: "Tears of the Prophets", "Image in the Sand")
