Skav was an Andorian Imperial Guard soldier during the Earth-Romulan War and the son of Nras.

In 2156, Skav was piloting a Yravas-class fighter when the Romulans captured it and turned it against the IGS Weytahn. Eventually, Shran destroyed the fighters, including Skav's, despite the objections of Nras. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
