Slokat is an planet with Human inhabitants located near Cardassian space.

In 2370, Slokat became part of the Demilitarized Zone and was later conquered and occupied by the Cardassians and the Dominion during the Dominion War. The Human population were not harmed by the Jem'Hadar during the occupation and some helped Cardassians to survive when the Dominion began killing Cardassians at the end of the war in 2375.
