Snail juice was a Ferengi beverage, presumably the liquid extracted from snails. (DS9 episode: "Bar Association", et.al.) It could be served with extra shells (DS9 episode: "The Ascent") or extra smooth. (DS9 episode: "Business as Usual") Snail juice spoiled after a period of 193 days.
