Solack was a Vulcan male serving in Starfleet in the 24th century.

In 2364, he was first officer of the USS Constitution. Solack was inadvertently responsible for the contamination of that vessel crew when he beamed back to the ship after being exposed to the Rhulian flu prions in the Enterprise-D sickbay, then went back to the Constitution and attended a staff meeting and a birthday party.
