Spatial torpedoes were a type of torpedo carried aboard Earth Starfleet ships in the mid 22nd century, (ENT episode: "Fight or Flight") and later aboard Federation Starfleet vessels. (SCE eBook: Foundations, Book Two)

The Enterprise (NX-01) carried a complement of Triton-class spatial torpedoes following its launch in 2151. (ENT episode: "Minefield")

The USS Archon was equipped with Mark II spatial torpedoes in 2167, when it crashed on planet Beta III. Three of these were salvaged and stored by the Betans, and used in 2267 by Starfleet engineers Montgomery Scott and Mahmud al-Khaled to create an electromagnetic pulse which disabled the reactivated computer Landru.
