Spikal was a star system located in the Klingon Neutral Zone in the Alpha or the Beta Quadrant.

Its system was home to a number of planets. Spikal II, or Spike, was the only Class M world. It was home to an isolationist Orion Colony (FASA RPG module: The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge).
