St. Paul is a city on Earth, located in the United States of America. The city is the capital of the state of Minnesota, and along with nearby Minneapolis comprises the Twin Cities - a major metropolitan area of the upper midwest region of the United States.

On February 9, 2032 Doctor Zefram Levar Cochrane was born in St. Paul. Cochrane would later become famous for discovering warp drive, enabling humans to explore interstellar space. (ST novel: Starfleet Academy)
