Star Station India was a Federation starbase in operation in the 24th century.

Following her graduation from Starfleet Medical Academy in 2365, Irina Kalandra, was assigned to the station's infirmary. She remained aboard until 2370, by which time, she held the post of assistant chief medical officer. (ST video game: Starship Creator)

In mid-2365, the USS Enterprise-D was en route to the starbase for a rendezvous with a Starfleet Medical courier, before receiving a distress call from the USS Lantree. (TNG episode: "Unnatural Selection")
