Starbase 134 was a United Federation of Planets starbase located near Rigel VI.

It was home to an ASDB Integration Facility which built Miranda-class starships, as well as Type-15 and Type-16 shuttlepods. (DS9 reference: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Technical Manual) The Starbase 134 Shuttle Integration Facility was located on Beta Rigel VI (ST reference: Star Charts).

The USS Hood visited Starbase 134 in the late 2360s for a major system upgrade (TNG episode: "Brothers").

This information was visible on background computer displays in several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
