Starbase 235 was a Federation starbase in operation in the 24th century.

After the battle on AR-558, Nog and Reese were brought to Starbase 235 where they underwent counseling. Nog also had his biosynthetic leg attached there. The pair would often eat breakfast together. Nog spent three weeks there being counselled by Doctor Benbasset before returning to Deep Space 9. (DS9 episode: "It's Only a Paper Moon", DS9 short story: "Requital")

In 2376 three persons who were injured in a Jem'Hadar attack on Deep Space 9 were shipped to Starbase 235 to take advantage of the advanced medical facilities there where they could receive biosynthetic limbs. (DS9 novel: Avatar)
