Starbase 371 was a Federation starbase operated by Starfleet in the 24th century.

Following the successful defense of the Starfleet garrison on AR-558 against Jem'Hadar forces, the wounded from the garrison and from the USS Defiant (including Ensign Nog) were taken to Starbase 371 for treatment and recovery. (DS9 episode: "The Siege of AR-558")
