Starbase 55

Starbase 55 was a Federation starbase operated by Starfleet during the 24th century.

In 2361, Tzenkethi forces attacked Starbase 55. Dr. Rebecca Emmanuelli, the base chief medical officer, was taken prisoner in that assault. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)

In 2369, the USS Enterprise-D headed to this starbase after their discovery of a Dyson Sphere. (TNG episode: "Relics")
