Starbase 67 was a Federation Starfleet starbase with a space station facility.

In 2368, the USS Enterprise-D was scheduled to lay over at Starbase 67 for approximately a month following its collision with a quantum filament. (TNG episode: "Disaster")

Later that year, Lieutenant Commander Geordi LaForge and Counselor Deanna Troi, under the influence of a game given by Commander William T. Riker from Etana Jol, were instructed by her to deliver the game from the Enterprise to this starbase, in hopes of taking over the Federation. Fortunately, this plan was undone by Lieutenant Commander Data and Cadet Wesley Crusher, who was visiting the Enterprise on vacation from Starfleet Academy at the time. (TNG episode: "The Game")

Lieutenant Sonya Gomez left the Enterprise at Starbase 67, from where she transferred to the USS Oberth. (SCE eBook: Wildfire, Book 2)

Starbase 11 was active in the late 2370s, after the Dominion War. (TNG video games: Armada, Armada II)

In Armada, the starbase's space station name was randomly assigned to a playing field station by the game software.
