Starbase Leonov was a Federation Starfleet facility in the 24th century.

Starbase Leonov was destroyed by the Borg during their 2381 invasion of the Federation. Following its destruction, a young Ferengi DaiMon attempted to salvage the wreckage to sell back to the Federation. He was stopped, and the material recovered by the USS Enterprise. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
