Stavos Keniclius

Stavos Keniclius was an Augment who operated on Earth in the Eugenics Wars period. In 1994 he commanded Augment Alliance forces in North Africa and negotiated with Nathan Archer to allow children to be evacuated from a school in a war zone. (SNW short story: "The Rules of War")

Keniclius eventually left Earth and settled on the planet Phylos. His clone, Stavos Keniclius 5, was discovered there by the crew of the USS Enterprise under James T. Kirk in 2269. (TAS episode: "The Infinite Vulcan")
