Steak

Steak is a type of food, a serving-size cut of meat. On Earth, the most common steaks are those cut from beef, although lamb and fish have similar preparations.
Matthew Ryan of the ECS Fortunate had a meal with Ensign Travis Mayweather on board the Enterprise (NX-01). This meal included steak, the first Ryan had in months. By the time the two ships had met, the crew of the Fortunate was relying on hydroponics and nutri-paks for nourishment. (ENT episode Fortunate Son).
On the Klingon battlecruiser IKS Fire Blossom, Maglus was known to order a rare steak and four fried eggs for breakfast from the ship's food synthesizer, in the 2260s. (TOS novel: How Much for Just the Planet?)
When the USS Enterprise was bound for Earth around stardate 19:25.6 in the 2260s, Hikaru Sulu excitedly told Uhura of a place he knew where they could get steaks that were two inches thick with a Murvonian coconut punch that tasted like paradise in a glass. (TOS comic: "Furlough to Fury")
