Steak and eggs was a breakfast food, a combination of a steak-cut piece of meat (on Earth, usually beef) and eggs.

In Benjamin Sisko's vision of Benny Russell's 20th century milieu, baseball star Willie Hawkins ordered steak and eggs while in conversation with Benny. (DS9 episode: "Far Beyond the Stars")

On the Klingon battlecruiser IKS Fire Blossom, Maglus was known to order a rare steak and four fried eggs for breakfast from the ship's food synthesizer, in the 2260s. (TOS novel: How Much for Just the Planet?)
