Stell was a male Vulcan in the 21st century, and was the mission sociologist under Commander T'Lera during their ill-fated observational mission to Earth in 2045. He was also a musician, and a talented ka'athyra player. Stell was consort to T'Preth, the mission's helmsperson, and both perished together as the vessel fell into Earth's atmosphere.
