Stratos is the capital city of the Federation planet, Ardana. Stratos is a floating city in the skies of Ardana, and is suspended there by antigrav levitation, and is home to the ruling class of Ardanans. (TOS episode: "The Cloud Minders").
Viewscreen's on Deep Space 9's Promenade and Replimat showed images of Stratos, advertising it to the station's inhabitants. (DS9 episodes: "The Muse" & "What You Leave Behind")
