Strovos was a male Ardanan who served as the representative to the Federation Council from the planet Ardana in 2380, and for some years prior.

In August of 2380, Strovos supported Councillor Bera chim Gleer of Tellar in his efforts to block continuation of aid to Cardassia. Deputy Presidential Chief of Staff Ashanté Phiri offered to lift tariffs on Ardanan zenite to convince Strovos to change his mind, but to no avail. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
