Surak's Reforms were a series of actions that were experienced by the Vulcan civilization.

They were achieved by the philosopher and Father of Logic Surak who attempted to save his people from their violent tendencies which threatened to destroy their world. One of his final acts of his Reform was the creation of the Warrantors of Peace after which the first millennium of peace ensued. (TOS novel: Dwellers in the Crucible)
